Welcome to EventFye. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EventFye website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

• "Account" means a unique account created for you to access our Service.
• "Content" refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by you.
• "Event" means any event created and listed on the Service.
• "Organizer" means a user who creates an Event on the Service.
• "Attendee" means a user who registers for or attends an Event.
• "Service" refers to the EventFye website, applications, and services.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

For Organizers:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your Event listings.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for all aspects of the Events you list.

For Attendees:

• You must provide accurate information when booking an Event.
• You are responsible for reviewing all Event details before booking.
• You must comply with all Event rules and regulations.

Payment processing services for Events on EventFye are provided by our payment partners. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by our payment partner's terms and conditions.

Refund policies are set by the Organizer of each Event. EventFye is not responsible for issuing refunds for Events unless required by law.

You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such Content.

You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate EventFye, an EventFye employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EventFye and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall EventFye, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
