About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to help build and scale our event management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our React/Next.js frontend
- Implement responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with React
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills
- Experience with Next.js and modern frontend tooling
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
UX/UI Designer
About the Role
Help us create beautiful, intuitive user experiences for our event planning platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows and interfaces
- Create wireframes and prototypes
- Conduct user research and testing
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Maintain and evolve our design system
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Experience with user research methods
- Knowledge of frontend development (HTML/CSS)
Customer Success Manager
About the Role
Help our customers get the most out of EventFyre and ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers
- Provide training and support
- Gather customer feedback
- Manage customer accounts and relationships
- Work with product team to relay customer needs
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer success or account management
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Problem-solving mindset
- Experience in SaaS or event industry a plus
